About Us
We are a husband and wife team, Jack McDonald and
Karen Zamaria and we are both Certified Chair Massage Practitioners through the Toronto based "Relax to the Max" Chair Massage School.
Karen has been a practicing Certified Reflexologist since 1997 and the recipient of the Stratford Gazette's Reader's Choice Award for Best Reflexologist.
We are also both Certified Yoga teachers graduating with honours from the Yoga Instructors program at Sheridan College in Oakville, Ontario in 1991. Ask about our ongoing group yoga classes as well as private instruction. .
Together we have owned and operated our Stratford Bed & Breakfast, A B&B on Bay, Acrylic Dreams since 1987.
